Motion to introduce legislation to restrict the number of axles allowed at 3 axels along the alley located west of Ninth Street between First Capitol Drive and Madison Street. The restriction limits to be on the alley that is parallel to First Capitol Drive and Madison Street starting from the western curbline of Ninth Street to a distance 525 feet west of the curbline.
